FAQs about the Spa

The spa, which offers massages and beauty treatments, is open Monday through Saturday from 9.00 am to 6.00 pm and on Sundays and holidays from 9.00 am to 3.00 pm. Special hours apply on Christmas and New Year’s Eve.

You are welcome to book massages and beauty treatments directly through our online shop. If you would like more information or advice about a treatment, please feel free to contact the spa reception directly at +43 3333 500-0 or spa@heiltherme.at.

It’s best to do this a few days before your desired date, especially on weekends and holidays.

The services range from classic and energy-based massages to Far Eastern treatments and cosmetic treatments for the face or the entire body. There is also a tanning bed and a Collarium. Please make your appointment well in advance.

The spa is located between the hotel and the Heiltherme, but can also be accessed by non-hotel guests through the administrative entrance.

Yes, in-house gift certificates can be redeemed throughout the resort. Information on available treatments and combination options is available at the spa reception desk.

Third-party gift certificates are valid for overnight stays and overnight packages when booked directly, as well as for all Heiltherme admissions and Heiltherme packages, including sauna access and lounge chair reservations. Additional services, auch as spa treatments, cannot be paid with third-party gift certificates.

Yes, in-house gift certificates can be redeemed in the online shop using the gift certificate or promotional code. To do so, please enter the barcode number on the gift certificate.
