The Heiltherme is included for you all day on the day of arrival and departure.
You can use the hotel spa from 03.00 pm on the day of arrival and until 11.00 am on the day of departure. You are welcome to add these services for an additional fee on the day of arrival and/or departure.

Our resort has always been a retreat for adults. To better meet our guests’ desire for a peaceful atmosphere, rest, and true relaxation, we welcome guests aged 14 and older to our hotel and its thermal spa.
In the public thermal spa, children are still welcome as usual within reasonable limits—so that all guests can enjoy their time away in soothing tranquility.

The entire spa and hotel area is wheelchair accessible (except the pools in the hotel spa).
