The hotel spa is an exclusive area for hotel guests ages 14 and older. Is is accessibly only through the hotel. The public Heiltherme (also for adults only, ages 14 and older) offers a wider selection of thermal pools, saunas, relaxation areas and a thermen garden.
There are separate rates for day visitors and evening visitors (starting at 4 pm or 6 pm). The sauna can be booked separatly. There are also discounted rates for guests with a guest pass or a VIP-Chip. You can find more details about the rates here.
Yes, your own gift certificates as well as those from Wellcard and Webhotels can be redeemed in the online shop using a gift certificate or promotional code. To do so, please enter the barcode number of the gift certificate. If you wish to redeem other gift certificates, advance payment is required in the online store. However, the corresponding amount will be refunded to you on-site upon presentation of the gift certificate.
Third-party gift certificates may be redeemed for all spa admissions, including sauna access and lounge chair reservations. Additional services (spa treatments, food and beverage, shop items, gift certificates) cannot be paid with third-party gift certificates.

The Heiltherme is open Monday to Thursday and Saturday from 8.30 am to 10.00 pm. On Friday, the Heiltherme is open until 11.00 pm and on Sunday until 9.00 pm. The opening hours differ from the regular schedule on December 24 and December 31.
Guests of the Heilthermen Resort can park for free in the Heiltherme parking lot during their stay.

The entire Heiltherme is a smoking-free area. However, there is a designated, weather-protected smoking area outdoors.
At the Heiltherme shop next to the entrance you can purchase swimwear, bathing shoes, handmade souvenirs, magazines and beverages. It is open daily from 8.00 am until closing time of the Heiltherme. There is another shop in the spa area where you can purchase cosmetics.
We offer a daily rotating schedule of classes that you can attend for free or for a small fee. Popular classes include water aerobics, spinal exercises, aqua jogging, aqua pilates, yoga and Float Fit. The schedule varies depending on the day of the week and the season. Yes, the fitness room is located in the Heiltherme and is available free of charge to hotel guests and day visitors during the Heiltherme opening hours. The room is equipped with cardio and strength training machines. Please bring a towel and wear appropriate workout clothing. Personal training sessions can be booked individually through the spa reception desk.

Our thermal water flows from two springs at depths of 1200 to 1400 meters and brings to the surface approx. 1,9 million liters of water at 62 °C every day. In the pools, it is comfortably heated to about 36 °C. The mineral-rich water is recognized as a healing spring and its beneficial effects have been scientifically confirmed. It relaxes and revitalizes, reduces stress, firms the skin, relieves pressure on the joints, increases mobility and strengthens the immune system.
The sauna area offers a variety of heat and steam baths: Finnish saunas at approx. 85-95 °C vor a classic sweating experience, including our new infusion sauna. Those who prefer a milder experience can relax in the bio sauna at 55-60 °C, featuring colored light and aromatherapy or in the herbal brine sauna at 50-60 °C which combines the soothing properties of salt and herbs. In addition, there are herbal and brine steam baths at approx. 42-45 °C. Water infusions are provided according to the sauna infusion schedule.
In addition to the freely accessible lounging areas, exclusive relaxation areas are available for you to reserve. The relaxation room Tannenzauber offers light-filled single and double loungers with their own terrace. At the relaxation room Innere Ruhe you can enjoy a cozy lounger or a cozy nest for two people and you’ll receive a bath bag with bathrobes and towels, as well as small refreshments such as snacks and fruits. The relaxation room Wintergarten offers luxury double loungers as part of its Quellengenuss package. Please reserve your lounger in advance online or at the front desk.

We protect what we love – our natural environment. For decades, we have relied on geothermal heat and have been making full use of every drop of our precious thermal water across six different stages. Thanks to the heat from our own thermal water and a unique multi-stage energy utilization system, the entire facility is heated completely emission-free, resulting in an annual reduction of 261 metric tons of CO². We also rely on regional suppliers, solar power from two photovoltaic systems and our in-house laundry and dry-cleaning facilities.
