Orders and reservations<\/strong>
\nare accepted in person on site, by telephone, in writing or electronically (online shop) and are generally processed on the same day, or at the latest on the next working day. This does not apply to spa admissions and lounger reservations, which can only be booked via the online shop shop.heiltherme.at<\/a>.<\/p>\n

When placing an order, please provide your personal details including date of birth, email address and telephone number. Please read the Heiltherme’s privacy policy<\/a> before entering your details. You must tick the payment option for each order. Orders can only be placed by people aged 18 and over. The rates according to the current price lists and product labeling in the Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf shops apply. We accept no liability for any data errors in the online shop that are the result of slight negligence.<\/p>\n

Thermal spa entrance<\/strong>
\nAll prices quoted by us include VAT.
\nA reduction or cash discount will only be accepted after prior written confirmation by the thermal spa. The goods remain the property of the thermal spa until full payment has been made.<\/p>\n

Visitors to the thermal spa must adhere to the provisions of the bathing regulations. Please also note the benefits and terms of use for the VIP chip.<\/p>\n

Validity of vouchers<\/strong>
\nHealth vouchers (issued individually for a specific service) are multi-purpose vouchers – the voucher can be redeemed for all services of the Heilthermen Resort Bad Waltersdorf up to the stated value. The service shown on the voucher is an example of redemption with the currently valid tariff as the value.<\/p>\n

The statutory limitation period applies to vouchers and voucher booklets with vouchers.<\/p>\n

Vouchers with cancellation features (e.g. holes, erasures, deletions, voucher number illegible) are invalid and will not be accepted.<\/p>\n

Shipping\/payment with MAESTRO Securecode or credit card (VISA, MASTERCARD Securecode, DINERS CLUB):<\/strong>
\nWhen paying by card, vouchers and goods are sent within the European Union and to Switzerland. The credit card is checked online using an encrypted process. Depending on the weight, the item is sent as a registered letter or as a parcel. The buyer pays the registration fee according to the applicable postal rates.<\/p>\n

Legal validity<\/strong>
\nThe order in the online shop is confirmed by email. If there is no automatic email confirmation of the order, it has not been received and is therefore invalid. In this case, we recommend contacting Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf by phone on +43 3333\/500-1.<\/a><\/p>\n

For vouchers that are returned after the 7-day period has expired, a processing fee of 10% of the value, but not more than \u20ac 40.00 (forty euros), will be charged.<\/p>\n

If vouchers are lost, stolen or invalidated, Heiltherme cannot provide a replacement.<\/p>\n

Hotel stays<\/strong>
\nThe provisions of the Austrian Hotel Contract Conditions (AGBH)<\/a> apply to the reservation of stays in the hotel.<\/p>\n

Spa<\/strong>
\nThe treatment or series of treatments must always be paid for before the (first) treatment appointment.<\/p>\n

Cancellations<\/strong>
\nTickets, lounger reservations and treatments are binding and tied to a specific date. Appointment changes are possible on request, after which the booked service can no longer be cancelled. Appointment changes or cancellations of booked services cannot be carried out online. These are only accepted in person, in writing or by telephone at the Heiltherme Bad Waltersdorf during daily opening hours and at the workstations equipped with the appropriate systems (spa cash desks, spa reception). Cancellations of booked services are free of charge up to 24 hours before the booked appointment, within 24 hours a 100% cancellation fee applies.<\/p>\n

A larger range of treatments can be booked in the on-site spa than is shown on the website and in the online shop.<\/p>\n

Online shop<\/strong>
\nThe reservation confirmation will be sent by email immediately after payment. Please present this reservation confirmation at the spa reception upon arrival. If a printout of the reservation confirmation is not possible due to technical problems with the buyer, it can also be shown on a smartphone or we can deliver it free of charge.<\/p>\n

When paying in the online shop with vouchers from external partners (e.g. Wellcard, …), the booked service cannot be canceled; a date change is possible on request.<\/p>\n

The published prices include sales tax (subject to product and price changes).<\/p>\n

The booked services are valid for specific calendar days or times of day. In return, you will receive a reservation confirmation, which is only valid for these booked days and times of day. If the booked services are not used on the specified calendar days and at the specified times of day, they will expire. Subsequent date changes or refunds of the purchase price are not possible.<\/p>\n

If the buyer is unable to print out the reservation confirmation due to technical problems, it can also be shown on a smartphone or sent by us free of charge.<\/p>\n

When the buyer prints out the reservation confirmation, the risk is transferred to the purchaser.<\/p>\n

Your data will be processed electronically for internal purposes only and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances (DVR 0746517). The data protection declaration applies.<\/p>\n

Lounger reservation<\/strong>
\nThe special offer \u201cQuellengenuss\u201d includes entry to the thermal baths. Double and single loungers in the \u201cInner Peace\u201d and \u201cTannenzauber\u201d relaxation oases can only be used in conjunction with entry to the thermal baths.
\nThe double lounger reserved for you will be marked with your surname on the day you book. At your express request, we can also mark it with a personally chosen user name.<\/p>\n
