Traditional Styrian Medicine (TSM®)
It combines the ancient knowledge of naturopathy and natural medicine with the latest modern knowledge and methods from our region. TSM® has a holistic effect, which means that the body, mind and soul profit from the therapies and cosmetic applications with regional, styrian products.
The people of Styria have known and used the healing powers of herbs for centuries – whether with hay sacks containing medicinal plants from unfertilised meadows, moor bath cures and packs from the Garanaser high moorland, an apple detox massage of freshly pressed apple juice and linseed oil, baths and massages with pumpkin-seed oil. Naturally, one of Bad Waltersdorf’s most precious mineral resources is and remains in the composition of the thermal water.

TSM®-Vital Flowers
Time is is the most precious element a human being needs to feel well and comfortable. Our therapists offer you an individual time window to meet your special personal needs. Together we unfold a very special treatment for your well-being, effective and lasting.
By means of symbolic flowercards complying essences are chosen. Our precious flower essences are genuinely developed and prepared in Styria and combined with a balm made out of bee’s wax, TSM®-oils and our thermal water for the individual treatment.
Flower essences may be taken in for several months to boost and stabilise your well-being.

Apple Detox Massage (TSM®)
Freshly pressed apple juice is mixed and warmed up with linseed oil. The whole body becomes kneaded beneficially with the mixture. To regenerate the acid protection mantle of the skin the body is lubricated with almond oil.
The massage is recommended for:
- relaxation
- purification
- improvement of skin appearance

Hot stone therapy with honey and herbal oil (TSM®)
The stored warmness of the stones reminds our subconscious of a deep feeling of connectivity with the nature. Due to the special method of the hot stone massage and the honey herbal oil there are a multitude of positive effects. The guests can choose at the beginning 13 hot stones, with which the massage will be done. The method includes the reflex zones at the soles of the feet and at the back. Also the direction of the meridian flow is involved.
The massage is recommended for:

"Magic 8" -Pumpkin Oil Massage (TSM®)
Styrian pumpkin oil is used for this special massage. The oil contains precious ingredients of the pumpkin pulp. The massage includes the whole musculoskeletal system with muscles, articulations and spine. The massage method with "figure of eigt" technique was developed by the therapists of the Styrian Spa and the effect of the massage was endorsed by a scientific study. It is balancing, regulating and activating - physically emotionally and mentally. The PH-value fo 5 to 5.5 is optimal for the skin, the high potassium content is cleansing.
The massage is recommended for:

Herb Garden in the "Quellenoasis"
Gaze at the newly refurbished herb garden at the Quellenoasis. It consists of four partitions. Kitchen and tea herbs, herbs for production of the massage oils in the Styrian Spa and also fragrance herbs are in flower.
Regional herbs which are already rare blossom at this energetic high-quality place. The four partitions are seperated by a "feel your feet" course. A herb garden for all senses!
