Buschenschank
A Buschenschank is the name given to a small restaurant or "watering hole" of which many are found scattered through out the countryside. They are attached to farms or farming families and can only serve home grown produce to passing guests.
To experience real Styria one must see the amazing selection of produce on offer, including an excellent range of wines, juices, breads, cheeses, meats, fruit and vegetables jof all kinds. Wheter passing on a hiking or biking trail or booking for lunch or dinner Buschenschank can be found tiny kitchens to larger style restaurants.
Wineries
Styria is also well known for its excellent wine production.
